Yesterday I managed to work on two different knitting projects. I also got a good start on an involved bag sewing pattern, and I spent some time weaving at one of the looms. It was a good day. I'm bouncing around from one hobby to another, not because of a lack of attention, but to reduce muscle strain from spending too long doing any one particular thing.
It was nice to get a bit of weaving done. It's been awhile!

This looks gorgeous. Absolutely gorgeous. Looks classy, like antique lace. Yum!!! As you know, I constantly bounce around from one hobby to another. Not only does changing it up keep my attention and keep me from losing interest, but it also helps the aging shoulders, eyes (glaucoma for me), hands etc. I prevent myself from getting injured by never working on anyone thing too long. I love reading your blog.
Thanks Chelle. My weaving time on this particular project is limited, since the loom is in our living room where Teddy, our small dog, has free access when the loom isn't covered. Sometimes he's okay, sometimes he is a little too curious!
I enjoy your little podcast (is that what the YouTube video blogs are called?) and look forward to each new edition. I wish I was brave enough to do the same. Actual written blogs seem to be old fashioned. I keep mine now more for my own record keeping than anything. Most of the comments I get now are actually left where I link to the blog on Facebook, which is a shame, since they don't remain connected to the blog post itself, over time.
