My legs are much stronger than my knees and my hip joints. Sometimes I forget or ignore that, push too much weight, and end up paying for it. Thursday's enthusiasm meant having to miss Friday's workout.

I was finally able to get back to the gym and with the addition of another 6.25 miles today, I'm 138.94 miles into my run from Chilliwack to Prince George. I have now past Clinton, BC.

Good for you..all that running. Its true for many of us, that our hips or knees aren't as strong as our legs. I thought we were going to have to get our treadmill life at all =(....when our son asked me where the power button was. I said there was none-you just plugged it in. He found the switch near the floor and I'm in business again. Color me happy...=). ~~How exciting your grandbaby is almost here...oh joy for you all!!!~~
