I finally used up a mixture of small amounts of 3 different roving colourways given out at a "spinning for colour" seminar. Plyed with a black, commericially spun, weaver's wool to extend the yardage and help blend the colourways together.
392 yards of 22 WPI laceweight.
Count that as one more bobbin cleared in preparation for Saturday's Ryder Lake Spin-In.

wow mom, that looks so AWESOME!!!
Considering that it truly is just little bits of various colourways, all put together willy nilly, yes, I do think it looks rather nice. Now to decide what to do with it. It's quite a fine laceweight, so something lace-like might be okay, but the wild colour changes dictate that the lace pattern will be nearly invisible, drowned out by the attention getting colours. I could make socks out of it I suppose, but it would be at an awfully fine gauge.....but FUN!
That's cool!
