21 Snaps!
I used "Easy T-Shirt and Pant", a DGRequiem sewing pattern available via Etsy.
The 3 pairs of pants and six shirts (one outfit is not shown, but is identical to the one below) were quite fun to sew except for one thing ---

Bear Necessities
I used a Pukifee pattern by DGRequeim on Etsy. For it to fit the larger Realfee dolls I had to make a number of adjustments. I had it printed out at 131% and then added additional length to the body and legs and subtracted a little from the length of the sleeves.
And was thrilled to find it fit perfectly. I was more concerned than he was about the possibility of cold feet, but he agreed to wear the slippers I made to go with the Kigurumi Pajama costume.
He's even found a "cave" to hide in waiting for a chance to jump out and scare the girls.
Honestly though, I think they are more likely to be jealous than afraid. I'll probably have to make a costume for Neelie and Peanut too.

Elfonda's New Outfit
A lot of work to that pattern! Front facing/faux button-band, 4 rows of elastic shearing at the waist, sleeves that are puffed at the shoulder and gathered with elastic at the arm, buttons and snaps to sew on.
It will be a while before I try that one again. One must allow time to forget labor before they attempt delivery again.
The pants pattern is "Off the Top", also by Adams-Harris. The fit is excellent and they were easy to sew.
This is her sixth pair! She now has yellow, orange, white, hot pink, red (which I haven't photographed yet) and navy blue (which she acquired from a previous Minifee).

Lambie's New Clothes
She's for the gift exchange held today during the Chilliwack Spinning and Weaving Guild's annual Christmas luncheon. Dressed only in the bib and diaper cover she came in she looked a little plain.....and chilly......so I got busy and knitted her a nice warm sweater and hat set. Wool of course.
Lambie has a little gift card holder around her neck (not shown here) and my daughter, also a spinner, had the brilliant idea to put a reference card in the holder that outlines how many wraps per inch will equal each of the commonly used yarn weights. This is a useful little item that even non-spinners can use to identify yarn weights that no longer have identifying ball bands.

I watched as the gifts were chosen (randomly, nobody knowing who each gift was from) and the lady who picked mine just happens to be a new grandma! I betcha Lambie will end up in Japan, where the new grandchild lives.
